Ben Duncombe on a review of the 2021 Salesforce market in ANZ

In today's episode we take a look back over the past 12 months and revisit predictions that were made, and what ended up transpiring across the Salesforce market in ANZ.

 

We look at which sectors grew, what happened with salaries and the size of the talent pool, and whether vacancies increased or decreased.

 

We theorise the reasons for the developments which have unfolded in 2021, how companies have responded, and how differently the Salesforce ecosystem looks as we leave December 2021 from what it looked like back in January of this year.

Felix Nilam on transitioning his career from Salesforce consulting to client side
