Chad talks through his early career in higher education and how he first came across the Salesforce platform. He shares how the Salesforce platform was able to solve challenges he was facing in his role and how he invested time and effort into expanding his knowledge as well as opportunities to use the platform.
Chad explains how his domain knowledge in education set him up for success when he moved into a consulting role and how having experience in the industry was welcomed by clients. Chad then provides some insight into how the Salesforce offering for Higher Education has evolved over the years and what makes implementing Salesforce in this industry different to other industries.
Having joined Salesforce directly in 2019, Chad describes the roles and responsibilities that he held, talks about his new role at Redpath Consulting, and explains what excites him about working with the Salesforce platform today.
